French Toast Challenge

Pete Wells recounts ironies in the life of a family with food allergies, in "Cooking with Dexter: The French Toast Challenge", from New York Times Magazine.

Our family also went through a French Toast Challenge, thinking of eggs as potentially deadly one day, to completely removing the label the next. Wells says that "the things that scared me & my wife the most were the things we didn't know." He also mentions the differing advice that we patients receive from a variety of health professionals.
