Food allergies were recently in the New York Times, discussing the topics of research and testing procedures.The article titled "Researchers Put a Microscope on Food Allergies" reviews some ongoing research, including the "Hygiene Hypothesis" and other looks at statistics of food allergies in the US versus those of other countries.
